What started as a owner/builder improvements for tenants has evolved into a separate, but wholly owned construction company, that can be used as the owners/tenants circumstance arises. We try to use this entity for discounts on materials used by the maintenance company, Jonan Property Services, Inc., for repairs and maintenance but, when the job requires, we are able to use our construction company for the 'big jobs' that a normal construction company may charge much more.

Since we are not independent from the owners - we have a stake in the quality, cost and final condition of all improvements. When we are independent we are just as quality and cost concerned. We pride ourselves on the on-time, on-budget completion - and always the least inconvenience to all affected. Pfaffl Development Corp. has its General Contractor, RMO, Company General Contractor - CSLB Gen-B license# 887049, and an additional in-house crew of four, plus our ad-hoc draftsman and Certified California Interior Designer on staff to easily draft, submit, process, corrections, receive approval, build, cover inspections and processing all the way through approvals, of any sized improvement/project you may require.
Our sister company, JONAN Property Services, Inc., has staff within easy reach of any property in the Southern California area to check on any property constantly. Should any discrepancies arise, these employees are capable of doing many maintenance tasks themselves and the reduced rate and will call Pfaffl Development Corp when a repair job goes beyond simple maintenance.
